Budtenders are the heartbeat of the cannabis industry. As frontline experts engaging with consumers daily, they shape customer perceptions, drive brand loyalty, and influence purchasing decisions. Their insights are a goldmine for Licensed Producers, retailers, and marketers looking to refine their strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
To capture these valuable perspectives, Tether conducted an annual survey of Budtenders across Canada. In late 2024, we asked over 300 Budtenders strategic questions about products, education, industry gaps, retail job perks, and more. The result? Actionable insights that can shape cannabis business strategies for 2025.
We shared this data on January 15, 2025, during Marigold Live: Budtender Insights 2024—a free, accessible online event designed to deliver key findings and spark meaningful industry conversations.
