Green Apple Cannabis is a small town, independently-owned dispensary located in Thornton, Ontario. Marigold PR was tasked with driving traffic to the launch of Green Apple Cannabis dispensary and garnering media attention during the COVID-19 pandemic. With regulations and bylaws constantly changing for events and the media being focused on updated restrictions, a plan was needed to raise awareness of Green Apple Cannabis while keeping all guests and media safe.

Green Apple Cannabis’ launch had an estimated reach of 16.7 million, including online coverage from Barrie News, The Daily Cannabis News, TheStar.com, Benzinga and The Cannabis Business News. The COVID-friendly grand opening was a success with guests and media who were able to attend, enjoying live music and a tasty BBQ while discovering all of the products and brands Green Apple Cannabis has to offer and meeting their highly knowledgeable staff.
